Full Circle Market Mini Chicken Pot Pie Bites

A bite-size portion of a classic comfort food!


  •  4 cans Full Circle Market Organic Canned Chicken 
  • 1 bag Full Circle Market Organic Mixed Vegetables 
  • 1 onion, diced 
  • 1/3 c. Full Circle Market All Purpose Unbleached Flour 
  • 1 to 1 ½ c. Milk 
  • 2 c. Full Circle Market Organic Chicken Broth 
  • 2 packages Food Club Pie Crust 
  • ½ tsp. Salt 
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper 
  • Butter, melted to brush pies with  


  1. Begin by preheating the oven to 425 degrees.  
  2. While oven is preheating, mix canned chicken and frozen vegetables. Pour chicken broth over the mixture and heat in a medium saucepan over high heat for 15-20 minutes. Drain and reserve the extra chicken broth. 
  3. In the same saucepan, cook diced onions until translucent in some oil or butter. Promptly stir in the salt and pepper along with the flour to make a roux. Once a paste has formed, pour in the remaining chicken broth and milk, simmering over low heat.  
  4. Once sauce has thickened, remove from heat and combine with the chicken mixture.  
  5. In a greased muffin tin, roll small circles of pie crust, placing them at the bottom of the tin leaving about 1/2 inch of overhang.  
  6. Once dough has been pressed into the tin, begin filling with the chicken mixture. 
  7. Cover each tin space with the remaining pie crust and brush with butter (optional) 
  8. Score each pie bite for proper steaming when baking.  
  9. Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Enjoy!
